Observability & Analytics
Visibility into your SSO infrastructure
Connection health from on-demand tests, SCIM event activity, login success/failure events, an event feed and timeline, and a full audit trail — all from one dashboard. Login analytics are recorded account-wide; there is no scheduled automatic connection-health job yet.
Why Observability & Analytics?
Everything you need for enterprise-grade identity federation.
Connection Health
Run an on-demand test on any SAML/OIDC connection from the dashboard or API and see the recorded health status. A test records one of two values: healthy or down. Testing is on-demand; there is no scheduled automatic check job yet.
Event Feed & Timeline
A paginated record of connection health checks, SCIM route activity, and login events, filterable by event type and status, with hourly or daily timeline buckets for charting.
Connection Health Summary
A per-account summary counting connections by health state, for a quick at-a-glance view of your fleet. The summary reports four buckets — healthy, degraded, down and unknown — but only healthy and down are ever written by a test. A connection that has never been tested counts as unknown, and degraded stays empty.
Audit Logs
Comprehensive audit trail of all configuration changes — who changed what, when, and from which IP address.
Login Analytics
Login success and failure events are recorded from Admin Portal sign-ins and from Keycloak realm login events (polled into ObservabilityEvent). Dashboard stats expose account-wide counts and a loginRate that is null when the window has zero login events — not a fabricated percentage. Per-connection filtering on the read API is not available yet.
